House Rules
Guests are expected to follow the house rules.
- Parking in the driveway is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
- Events are not allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed on the premises.
- Commercial photography and filming require written permission.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00 (no loud activities during this time).
- Check-in window is from 14:00 to 00:00.
- Checkout time window is from 00:00 to 12:00.
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
- No illegal substances are allowed.
- Furniture is not to be rearranged.
Rules for Toilet and Bathroom
- Don`t flush ANY non-organic things, including baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or Q-tips. Our house uses a septic tank that cannot process non-organic items.
- If you brush your hair, please don`t drop any stray hair from the comb onto the floor, shower, or wash basin.
Shared Kitchen
- Never leave cooking food unattended.
- Deep-frying on the stove is not permitted due to fire hazards.
- Don`t leave food in the pot, as this prevents the next user from using that pot.
- If you have leftover food, offer it to the other guests before throwing it into the bin.
- Clean up and store the used utensils back where you found them.
- If the rubbish bin is full, please take it out to the container. This helps all guests.
- The kitchen has CCTV surveillance for security reasons.
BBQ and Patio
- When planning a BBQ, inform other guests and ask if they would like to join - it`s always more fun.
- Keep the BBQ in a place where there is no risk of igniting other things, such as textiles.
- You can find BBQ utensils in the kitchen. Please clean them after use and place them back where you found them.
- Clean the BBQ grills and the BBQ fire pit after use. Remove hot embers with the metal shovel, place them in the metal bin, and close the lid.
- Return the BBQ to its storage place.
- Patio furniture can be freely moved and rearranged while in use. Once not used, please place them back in their original positions.
