To ensure your expectations match what we offer, please note our room layouts:
Early Arrival: You can access the house starting from 13:00. Although your room might not be fully ready immediately, you are welcome to drop off your luggage, use the communal kitchen, or explore the area while you wait. We guarantee room readiness by 15:00.
Late Checkout: We cannot accommodate late checkouts. As a small guesthouse, our cleaning schedules are tightly managed. However, after checking out of your room at 10:30, you are welcome to store your luggage in the communal areas and enjoy the house or head outside.
Because our guesthouse operates without a physical reception desk, we cannot personally receive or manage your bags. For pilgrims on the Camino, the following registered companies routinely provide luggage transfer services directly to our property:
If you choose a different provider, please have them contact us in advance to obtain their permanent door lock access code.
Drop-off & Pick-up Rules: Transfer companies must place all incoming luggage safely behind our glass entrance door (this specific zone is monitored 24/7 by our security camera). On your checkout day, please leave your outgoing luggage in this exact spot. Please note that we accept no liability or responsibility for stored luggage.
There is a small village grocery shop about 100 meters away, open from 09:00 to 19:00. Larger supermarkets are located within a 30 to 45-minute walking distance.
Along the main street (Rua da Praia), you will find various shops and restaurants. We highly recommend walking "uphill" away from the beach to discover authentic, traditional Portuguese restaurants. Local shops typically close at 19:00, and restaurants close around 22:00. Food delivery services are also available in the area.
Note: We do not stock or provide food at the guesthouse. If you are arriving late at night, we strongly recommend sourcing your dinner before your arrival.
Standard navigation systems find our address easily. If arriving by car, there is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house.
For maximum convenience, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber from the airport, which takes roughly 30 minutes and costs around €20.
